Ten months later, they were appointed as the youngest Christmas for Christ missionaries to be sent from Home Missions in the history of the United Pentecostal Church. They moved to Rocky Mount, North Carolina, and established a new church that thrives yet today. While in North Carolina, the Triplett family doubled in size with the addition of twin sons, Nathan Harold and Dathan Joel, born on October 23, 1969.
They established a church in Rocky Mount, NC, in April 1969. Soon after arriving in Rocky Mount, the church doubled in size when they welcomed twins Nathan and Dathan. The Triplett family pastored there until September 1971.

Brother Triplett's dream was to construct a monument to the Glory of God in Natchez. Through his excellent spiritual leadership and the undying commitment of his church family, this dream was in a great measure fulfilled. The temporary sanctuary was ready for occupancy in September 1980. The December 1981, the beautiful 1,000-seat auditorium was then built and was dedicated by our General Superintendent, N. A. Urshan, in January 1982. This beautiful edifice has become a landmark in Natchez.
